Hi,
The NSW HSV Owners Club made a presentation to the meeting last night. They have a charity day @ Penrith Panthers coming up on Sunday 8th November. They will have a display for 60 cars, including race cars, both inside and on the forecourt of Panthers.
They have invited our club to take up 20 places in a "Holden vs. Ford" day. There will be showbags, jumping castles, kids entertainment, prizes all day and a trophy for each model (including their taxis ). Judging will be done by members of the NSW Hot Rod Association.
$60 per car goes to a good cause. General admission is $10 adults, $5 kids over 12 and under 12 free.
Set up will be from 6:30-9:30AM.
The committee accepted the challenge and Tony H. is taking entries. Be quick on this one as it's 20 cars only (undercover) and we were looking for two of each model from XR to FG. Contact Tony on 0415 650 791.
Scot

Open to all club members and cars (but they are looking for GT-style, so no T-buckets). Would be great to get the A&N XY there... |

I'm afraid that the BF will be retired when the coupe hits the road.... I can see it now, 25 years later and only 29,000kms on the clock of the BF _________________ Cheers Craig.

Must be a BF/coupe thing, as I have considered retiring the BF GT when the coupe hits the tarmac again, give it a full detail/polish inside out and underneath and stick it under the dust cover in the garage for a while....at least till I get bored of the XB which could be a while... _________________ "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and no one is really sure about the universe yet!!!!" Phffft Drive them hard now. You have a fair chance of being dead in 25 years.
Anyway, back on topic please. |

I will ask Sash. It still remains unwashed from our Perth trip and he plans to leave it that way for a while...
I might bring the XW if that spot hasn't been filled. _________________ www.XAGTHO.com
